Happy New Year!

I am taking a brief pause on new appointments while I open a brand-new studio space. Don’t worry, I will still be in the East Bay Area, my lifelong home. The new studio will allow me to improve the quality of my work and offer an even better tattoo experience than I was able to provide before. Thank you for your patience and support while I shift gears at this moment. I can’t wait to unveil the evolution of my tattoo practice.

Appointments

Follow the instructions before scheduling.

  • In an email to jazz.ink.tattoo@gmail.com, send the following:

    • Your name and phone number

    • For flash designs: A screenshot of the design

    • For custom work: A description of your tattoo idea(s) and any background information that would be helpful to know

    • Images you'd like me to reference (can be examples of my previous work)

    • The approximate size of the tattoo (height x width, in inches)

    • A photo of the desired placement(s) on your body. Please mark the general location(s) either on the photo or on your body with a marker.

  • Send an inquiry deposit of $50 via Zelle (jazz.ink.tattoo@gmail.com) or Venmo (@JazzHo) with your email address as the caption.
    Venmo users: Do not enable "Turn on for purchases" in the payment option, or extra fees will be incurred.

    I will reach out to clarify any details if needed. It may take me anywhere from 1-14 days to respond to your booking request.

    Inquiry Deposit Guarantee: If I cannot accept your request or you decide not to move forward with an appointment after we communicate, I will refund your $50 inquiry deposit.

  • After I give you an estimate of how long of a session your tattoo may require, use my online scheduler to select an available date and time for your appointment(s).

    Then, send the remainder of the deposit:

    • For half-day tattoo sessions (up to 3 hours), you will send $150 to complete your deposit of $200.

    • For full-day sessions (4 to 6 hours), you will send $350 to complete your deposit of $400.

    The deposit will be credited towards the final cost of your tattoo session. For projects requiring multiple sessions, the deposit will be applied to cost of the final session.

    Your appointment request will not be accepted until the deposit is completed. After I accept your appointment, you will receive an acceptance message and a Google calendar invitation. After your appointment is accepted, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or no-show.

    You have until 1 week before your appointment to reschedule for free. After that, you must place a new deposit to reschedule.
