Appointments

  • In an email to jazz.ink.tattoo@gmail.com, send the following:

    • Your name and phone number

    • For flash (pre-made) designs: A screenshot of the design

    • For custom designs: A description of your tattoo idea(s) and any background information that would be helpful to know

    • Images you'd like me to reference (can be examples of my previous work)

    • A photo of the desired placement(s) on your body with the coverage area(s) marked.

    • Optional: Dimensions of the design (height x width, in inches)

  • I will reach out to clarify any details if needed. It may take me anywhere from 1-10 days to respond to your booking request.

    Once we finish discussing the details of your tattoo, I will provide an estimate for the cost of your tattoo and the length of time needed for your tattoo session.

  • With the tattoo session length(s) I’ve estimated for you, head to my online scheduler to select an available date and time for your appointment(s).

    You will be prompted to pay a 30% deposit to complete the booking process.

    The deposit will be credited towards the cost of your tattoo session.

    After I confirm your appointment, you will receive a confirmation message and a Google calendar invitation. After your appointment is accepted, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or no-show.

    You have until 1 week before your appointment to reschedule for free. After that, you must place a new deposit to reschedule.

  • Let your excitement grow until appointment day! To best prepare for your tattoo, you should rest well, eat well, hydrate, moisturize your skin, and avoid getting sunburnt where you’ll be getting tattooed.
